Remote monitoring | Understanding P2P remote connection

What is P2P?

P2P, peer-to-peer, is a simple way for the users to monitor with remote connection technology.
A common system monitoring connection requires fixed external IP to view remotely with connection to the device.
With P2P technology, the UID would replace the fixed IP that allows remote viewing through Vacron's relay server.

Advantages of P2P monitoring system

All Vacron's products with Wi-Fi fully support P2P and do not require a complicated setup. The devices can connect with the QR code or UID and view on the mobile phone. In addition, each device's password is independent; even if the UID accidentally leaked, no need to worry about others accessing it, extra security on the privacy.

The P2P connection is effortless to set up, secure and reduces the chance of cyber attack. Vacron server is used as the center to connect the device to the client. The server is very well protected and only serves as a bridge connection with P2P, so it will not store any image to the server.
